Overview
We’re looking for a Retail Event Associate to help support in-store events and customer engagement. This role focuses on creating a welcoming environment, assisting shoppers, and helping the team maintain smooth event operations. In this role you'll gain hands on and high demand skills in sales, customer interaction, and campaign initiatives. If you enjoy working around people and keeping things organized, this is a great entry-level opportunity with room to grow.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up and maintaining simple brand event initiatives.
- Welcome customers, provide basic information, and offer general guidance.
- Support event flow by maintaining a clean workspace.
- Coordinate with team members.
- Follow standard operating procedures for customer interactions and event tasks.
- Track basic event activity notes as directed by a supervisor.
Experience
- No prior event or retail experience required; training is provided.
- Strong communication and a friendly, dependable work style.
- Ability to stand, move, and assist with light event tasks.
