We are seeking a dynamic and experienced healthcare leader to serve as the Director of Cardiovascular Services. This role is responsible for overseeing all cardiovascular programs, with a strong emphasis on Cath Lab operations, clinical excellence, and strategic leadership. The ideal candidate will bring both hands-on Cath Lab experience and a track record of success as a manager or director, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cardiovascular service lines, including Cath Lab, cardiac diagnostics, and interventional programs.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to grow cardiovascular services, improve patient outcomes, and enhance efficiency.
- Direct daily operations of the Cath Lab, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Partner with physicians and hospital leadership to expand service offerings and strengthen community presence.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement in patient care and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
Required:
- Cath Lab experience (clinical or operational leadership).
- Previous leadership experience as a Manager or Director in cardiovascular or related services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or Business.
- Strong background in program development and service line growth.
- Demonstrated success in leading large teams and managing budgets.
