Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Inspector to join our team. Good computer skills are necessary along with at least 3 years of experience in construction. Experience with design-build projects, military construction, and waterfront construction are a bonus.
Must be able to work independently with minimal oversight. Must be physically able to walk the jobsite, climb ladders, and visually inspect the work.
We have an immediate need for a construction inspector in the Florida Keys and open to relocation when the project completes in a couple years.

Primary duties include:
- QA oversight on active construction contracts including all trades
- Preparation of daily reports including photographs
- Review of contractor's monthly payment applications
- Review of change orders
- Review of monthly schedule updates
- Assist in resolution of technical design and construction issues
- Identify non-compliance issues, notify key team members, and track to resolution
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
