Love Helping Care Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitorial Technician to provide janitorial services at a secure federal facility in Key West, Florida. This position supports a federal government contract and requires professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine janitorial services including:
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Cleaning breakrooms and common areas
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Perform scheduled deep cleaning services (quarterly):
- Carpet shampooing
- Floor stripping and waxing
- Window cleaning (interior/exterior)
- Restock janitorial supplies as needed
- Follow all safety and security procedures
- Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with federal requirements
Schedule
- Approximately 10 hours per week
- Work performed during approved hours coordinated with the site
- Consistent weekly schedule
Pay & Benefits
- $21.92 per hour

Requirements
- Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Must be able to pass background screening for federal facility access
