Property Success Coordinator
As a Property Success Coordinator with Rent Key West Vacations, you will work with us during our busiest seasons to ensure our properties provide first-class accommodations and an unparalleled guest experience. As our Property Success Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to make ready and inspect each property before our guests arrive and the first to assess it post-departure to make a note of any damages, retrieve lost and found items, and set the stage for our cleaning teams. Your attention to detail will not only assure the quality of our properties by evaluating their overall condition, identifying potential issues, and offering recommendations for repairs and upkeep but will also greatly contribute to our team's goal of surpassing client expectations.As part of your new role, it will be essential that you possess outstanding time management skills to guarantee timely completion of all inspections. Once the cleans have been completed, you will then return to the property to ensure that it is check-in ready and make any minor adjustments as necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct thorough property inspections to ensure floors and furnishings are vacuumed, hard surface floors are mopped, and all areas dusted, polished, and cleaned, including walls, doors, and windows.This also includes visual examinations and testing of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ensure all storage areas and homewares are neat, organized, and in good condition.
- Identify and document any defects, damages, or safety hazards present on the property.
- Use the provided blower to make sure outdoor areas are ready for guest arrivals.
- Use pool tools to skim the pool to make sure it’s pristine for guests.
- Confirm that trash, dirty linens, towels, and used amenities from rooms/property and outside areas were removed from the property.
- Assist with monitoring housekeeping supply inventory in the field, submitting re-order requests as needed when house supplies and stock are low.
- Using the company's software for task management and keeping track of the property condition.
- Communicate effectively with the team and provide them with a clear understanding of the inspection results.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highschool or GED is preferred
- Experience in guest services, hospitality
- Able to successfully multitask and manage small tasks and processes with attention to detail.
- Able to use moderate physical effort (lift/carry up to 30 lbs) with frequent lifting, pushing of supplies and equipment, as well as prolonged standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, and kneeling.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of using phone apps and browsers to access company software, complete checklists and scheduled tasks
