Role Overview
We are hiring a senior-level Executive Assistant to act as a strategic right-hand to the CEO. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—you will operate as an extension of the CEO, helping drive execution, manage priorities, and improve operational efficiency across the business.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in high-performance environments, thinks several steps ahead, and can balance tactical execution with strategic awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar with strategic prioritization and time-blocking
- Drive meeting effectiveness (agenda setting, preparation, note-taking, and follow-through)
- Manage and draft CEO communications with clarity, speed, and strong judgment
- Track and push forward company-wide priorities, ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinate complex travel and logistics with contingency planning
- Build, implement, and continuously improve systems, workflows, and internal processes
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and executive-level materials
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison for key stakeholders (internal and external)
- Handle highly confidential information across strategy, finance, HR, and legal matters
- Assist with reporting, dashboards, and financial/admin tracking as needed
Required Qualifications
- 4–8+ years supporting a CEO, founder, or C-level executive directly
- Experience in a fast-paced company with 30+ employees (startup or high-growth environment preferred)
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and operate with minimal oversight
- Strong systems-thinking: experience building workflows, trackers, and operational processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism
- Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and execute with urgency
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Experience acting as a Chief of Staff–type partner or taking on operational responsibilities
- Background in finance, accounting, or data/reporting (dashboards, reconciliations, forecasting)
- Experience working closely with leadership on strategic initiatives or cross-functional projects
- Familiarity with automation tools, CRM systems, or workflow software
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred in:
Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Operations, or related field
(Equivalent high-level experience strongly considered)

Compensation & Benefits
- $120,000 starting salary (based on experience)

This is a senior, high-impact role with significant responsibility and visibility across the organization. Candidates should be comfortable operating at a level that blends Executive Assistant, Operations, and Chief of Staff responsibilities.
