We are seeking an Office Technician to join our team. As an Office Technician, you will provide support in a medical office setting. This is a role that requires organizational skills and attention to detail. Medical office procedures and medical terminology preferred but not required. We will be glad to train the right person.
```Duties```
- Perform medical support tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating referrals.
- Maintain office systems and ensure efficient operation
- Handle phone calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Perform patient examinations, assist in minor procedures, and complete special testing.
