Mel Fisher's Shipwreck Treasures is the worldwide leader in historic shipwreck recovery. We are seeking charismatic, proactive Administrative Assistant to be a part of our growing office team.
Qualifications
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
· Attention to details
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Positive attitude and working well with others
· Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Responsibilities
· Assist in managing inventory
· Inventory counts, receiving new products and price tagging
· Printing reports and creating transfers between locations
· Keeping products organized and properly tagged
· Maintaining products on the webstore
· Assisting the Curating Dept. in coin and artifact certification processes
· Perform other general office duties and assist with special projects, as needed
*MUST currently reside in the lower Florida Keys
*MUST have a valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation
*We are looking for a long term professional team member
* Starting Pay Listed at $24.00/hr, with room for quick advancement based on experience, job performance and proven abilities.
