Position Summary
The Concierge Manager is a senior front-of-house leader responsible for delivering an exceptional tenant and guest experience at Rivani. This role oversees all concierge and front-of-house operations, sets service standards, and leads a high-performing hospitality team.
This is not a desk-based role. It is a hands-on, highly visible leadership position for a hospitality professional who sets the tone, owns the standard, and builds a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship leader for Rivani tenants, delivering personalized, anticipatory service
- Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and develop the concierge and front-of-house team
- Set, model, and enforce ultra-luxury service and grooming standards across all shifts
- Lead daily lobby and front-of-house operations, including visitor management and access protocols
- Personally handle VIP requests, sensitive tenant matters, and complex service arrangements
- Lead escalated service recovery situations with empathy, ownership, and resolution
- Build systems that anticipate tenant needs before they are expressed
- Manage team schedules to ensure seamless coverage during peak periods and events
- Coordinate premium vendors and third-party service partners, holding them to Rivani standards
- Support tenant events, activations, and VIP functions from a front-of-house perspective
- Oversee front-of-house technology platforms and service request systems
- Ensure all tenant communications reflect Rivani’s tone, professionalism, and responsiveness
- Maintain shift reports, tenant preference logs, and operational documentation
- Provide regular performance and experience reports to the Director of Hospitality
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality (5-star hotels, private clubs, ultra-luxury residential, or similar environments)
- Proven experience leading front-of-house or concierge teams in a hands-on leadership role
- Strong background in luxury service standards, tenant relations, and high-touch hospitality
- Demonstrated ability to manage escalated situations and complex service needs calmly and decisively
- Experience managing vendors and external service partners
- Exceptional professional presence and communication skills
- Comfortable using front-of-house systems, visitor management tools, and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to support events and operational peaks as needed
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
