Job Summary
Join a fast-growing medical center with locations throughout Miami Dade and Broward counties. We're looking for an Optometrist excited to join a medically oriented optometry team providing full scope optometric care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess vision and ocular health
-Access OCT and visual field testing and other pertinent testing
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests
- Manage medical records accurately and efficiently using systems like Epic
- Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist with optical services and frame selection
- Provide outstanding customer service while adhering to HIPAA regulations
Experience
-Active Florida License and residency
-Training in ocular disease is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to optometry
- Familiarity with succession planning in patient care
- Strong understanding of aseptic technique practices
- Excellent customer service skills
-Bilingual
-Covering the centers of Homestead and North Miami
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $750.00 per day
