The Role:
The Director of Finance has full oversight and responsibility for the monthly P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow. This role operates within Noble House Hotels & Resorts’ decentralized accounting structure, working closely with the Corporate Finance team while serving as a strategic partner to on-property leadership.

To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have prior experience as a Hotel Director of Finance in a decentralized accounting environment
- Be hands-on while maintaining a strategic, big-picture mindset
- Lead monthly close processes down to cash with accuracy and efficiency
- Partner with department leaders to manage costs and drive financial performance
- Bring strong knowledge of luxury or full-service hotel operations
