Compass Self Storage is expanding its Call Center Representative team! We are currently seeking a bilingual team member who is enthusiastic, dependable, and sales motivated. This is a remote work from home position with part time hours.
- Must have inside sales experience, preferably in a call center
- Must be bilingual, Fluent in English and Spanish
- Remote Work
- Part-time – 20-25 hours per week
- Starting Shift 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday -Thursday
- $14.00 - $15.00 per hour based on experience
- Bonus potential
- All necessary Equipment will be provided
- No cold calling
You must reside in the state of Florida to be considered for this position. We will not be able to follow up with candidates who do not reside in Florida.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls with the goal of acquiring new customers
- Directly assist customers and potential customers with all their storage needs.
- Provide pricing and product information to callers
- Provide an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
- Focus on converting callers into new customers.
- Attend any scheduled phone and/or video calls with team and supervisor
- Offline activities as assigned
- Other responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a sales or call center environment
- Dependable, goal oriented and self-motivated
- Organized, detailed and ability to multi task
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Customer focused
- Results Oriented (sets and achieves goals)
- Team Oriented (works well in a group to achieve success)
- Successful completion of all assessments, background checks and drug screenings
- Ability to work from home in a quiet/private office area
- MS Office application experience preferred
- HS Diploma or GED
WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have access to a quiet/private working environment that is free of distractions and external background noise
- Reliable internet connection with minimum capabilities of 10mbps upload, 40mbps download
- All necessary equipment will be provided
