Food Runner / Server — Full Time

Sloppy Joe’s is looking for a Full-Time Food Runner / Server to join our team!
This isn’t just a Food Runner gig. You’ll get to run food AND serve tables, giving you the chance to learn both sides of the restaurant, build your skills, and get your foot in the door with our team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering food to guests quickly, accurately, and with a smile
- Helping keep the floor running smoothly during busy shifts
- Supporting our servers, bartenders and kitchen team
- Providing friendly, upbeat service to our guests
- Working Server shifts and taking care of your own tables
- Learning our menu and becoming a Sloppy Joe’s pro
- Pitching in wherever you’re needed — because we're one Sloppy family!
What We’re Looking For:
- Has a positive, team-first attitude
- Enjoys working with people
- Can keep up when things get busy, like really busy
- Is dependable and ready to work
- Takes pride in providing great guest service
- Is willing to learn and jump in wherever needed
- Has some restaurant experience but most importantly a great attitude

Must be 21 or over and already reside in the lower Keys. In person applications available in our gift store.
Pay: $11.98 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
