Overnight Bread Baker, experience with bread, pastry, or pizza required.
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Bread Baker to join our team. This job is for overnight baking. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for sourdough bread and hands-on experience in a professional baking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bake bread according to our standards.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, especially ovens.
- Maintain overall bakery cleanliness throughout the day and at the end of each shift.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven baking experience (e.g., pizza, bread, pastry).
- Familiarity with commercial ovens.
- Understanding of food safety practices.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Proficiency in English or Spanish, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
- English and Spanish a plus
Details:
Pay: $22 to $24 per hour
Schedule: Overnight, 9 PM to 5 AM

40 hours per week
Paid time off: 40 hours of PTO after 1 year of employment
