Job Summary
As a Bilingual Sales Associate, you’ll help customers explore retail lending and financial services with clear, attentive support in both required languages. You’ll guide customers through sales and loan processing, handle cash transactions accurately, and keep records current. Duties
- Welcome customers, identify their needs, and provide responsive customer service throughout the sales process.
- Explain relevant financial services and retail lending options, and support loan applications, processing, and collections.
- Process cash transactions, operate the cash drawer, and complete cashiering and cash management tasks accurately.
- Enter customer and transaction information using data entry tools and financial software; maintain organized records.
- Apply basic math and retail math to verify amounts, balance cash, and support daily store operations.
Experience
- Required: Bilingual communication skills and strong customer service, sales, and basic math abilities.
- Preferred: Retail sales or retail store experience; exposure to banking, financial services, retail lending, loan processing, or loan collections.
- Familiarity with cash handling, cash drawer handling, cash management, cashiering, and processing cash transactions is an asset.
- Comfort with data entry, financial software, 10-key typing, and math is preferred.
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 per week
