Master Paving Engineering is seeking a Survey Rodman to assist our Survey Party Chief with field surveying for underground utilities, paving, drainage, and site development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Hold and position survey rods, prisms, and other equipment for accurate measurements.
- Assist with construction layout, staking, elevation checks, and as-built measurements.
- Set stakes, hubs, nails, and markings as directed by the Survey Party Chief.
- Help transport, set up, clean, and maintain survey equipment.
- Follow jobsite safety procedures and coordinate with field crews.
Requirements:
- Previous construction field experience; surveying experience preferred.
- Basic math skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work outdoors in South Florida conditions, walk uneven terrain, and carry survey equipment.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Reliable transportation to assigned jobsites.
Work area ranges from Palm Beach County to Miami-Dade County, primarily Miami.
Pay based on skills and experience.

Buscamos un Ayudante de Topografía para apoyar al jefe de topografía en proyectos de tuberías subterráneas, pavimentación, drenaje y preparación de terrenos.
Responsabilidades:
- Sostener y colocar la vara y el prisma para tomar medidas.
- Ayudar a marcar puntos, verificar niveles y medir trabajos terminados.
- Colocar estacas, clavos y marcas según las instrucciones del jefe de topografía.
- Ayudar a transportar, preparar y cuidar los equipos.
- Seguir las reglas de seguridad y trabajar en equipo.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia de campo en construcción. Se prefiere experiencia en topografía.
- Conocimientos básicos de matemáticas y atención a los detalles.
- Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y disposición para aprender.
- Poder trabajar al aire libre, caminar en terrenos irregulares y cargar equipos.
- Ser responsable, puntual y tener transporte confiable.
Los proyectos están ubicados desde Palm Beach hasta Miami-Dade, principalmente en Miami.
Pago según habilidades y experiencia.
