Compensation: Base pay 20.00 USD / hr. plus commission and performance bonuses.
Esculta Aesthetics is currently hiring a motivated, energetic, and results-oriented Bilingual Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates confidently, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable assisting patients in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
· Communicate with new patient leads and guide them through the consultation and sales process.
· Follow up consistently with prospective patients and answer their questions.
· Explain available services, payment options, and the next steps in the patient process.
· Schedule consultations and assist with patient coordination.
· Build trust and deliver an excellent customer experience.
· Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, deposits, contracts, and payments.
· Work toward established daily, weekly, and quarterly sales goals.
· Collaborate closely with the medical, administrative, and management teams.
Requirements
· Fluent in English and Spanish.
· Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
· Previous sales experience is preferred.
· Confident speaking with prospective patients by phone and in person.
· Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented.
· Positive attitude and professional appearance.
· Ability to follow up consistently and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Comfortable working with commissions, bonuses, and performance goals.
