Responsibilities

Manage partner agreements and track key service performance indicators (KPIs).

Lead technical training programs for third-party technicians to maintain brand standards.

Oversee spare parts inventory levels and technical logistics.

Lead client pilot programs from initial planning through full network rollout.

Drive revenue by selling value-added service packages (maintenance contracts, extended warranties, and renewals).

Ensure long-term client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
