- Maintain professional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
- Develop and implement office policies to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management meetings.
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong budgeting skills with the ability to manage financial resources effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on team collaboration.
- Proficient in schedule management, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are organized efficiently.
- Ability to plan events successfully while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.
-Preffered 4 year College Education with foucs in Business Administration or commensurate experince.
