The Islamorada Fishing Club is embarking on a new chapter in our 70+ year history in Islamorada. With a newly constructed club house to be completed in less than a year, We are seeking skilled Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences for members in a private club setting.
Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages to members & guests following standard recipes
- Interact with members, take food & beverage orders
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Team player
Experience
- Bartending experience in the food industry or private clubs preferred
-Proficient cocktail preparation skills
- Knowledge of fine dining service practices is a plus
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and math skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to Multi task with a sense of urgency
- Basic POS computer knowledge
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $8.98 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
