Job Overview
Join our team at the new restaurant opening and be a part of an exciting venture in the food industry. This is a High End Grill concept (Fine Dining). We are currently hiring for various positions in the Front of House and the Heart of the House (Kitchen) to ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. The Restaurant will be Dinner only, 5 nights per week. No Lunch or Brunch service at this time.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- For Kitchen Crew: follow recipes, prep sheets, food safety etc...
- Assist with restaurant operations including catering services
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately
Experience
- For Kitchen: Prefer minimum of 3 years cooking experience in similar high end kitchen.
- For Front of House: Fine Dining experience or Casual Fine Dining experience is a must. Wine knowledge is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
