For most self-generating loan officers, our commission structure will double the amount they currently receive in income. Utilize our originator referral program and earn intermediate income and large bonuses.
- Commission: First 60 days, commission equals 100% of origination fee earned, or 275 Bps, for full lender paid 1st Liens.
- Commission: After 60 Days, on a per month basis, we pay 225 Bps commission for the 1st million funded (81% of origination fee), 250 Bps over 1 million (90% of origination fee), and 275 Bps over 3 million (capped, paying 100% of origination fee) for full lender paid 1st liens.
- Commission: Commensurate percentage for borrower paid, partial paid, and specialty products.
- Team format: Revenue share options are available. Loan Officer Assistants can be provided by request.
- Better rates: Over 50+ lenders available with various negotiated rate sheets and bonus pricing.
- Processing / Operations: Experienced processors assigned to every file. Escalation management provided by industry veterans.
- Technology Stack: We provide LOS, POS, CRM, EPO Monitoring, and Marketing technology with "no fees" for Loan Officers that meet hiring requirements.
- Bonus: Aggressive bonus of up to $10,000 for referring new Loan Officers based on volume lookback when hired. $100 paid for any introductory call with loan officers that meet the minimum criteria of a consistent 1 loan per month over 12 months. Ask for details.

Minimum qualifications:
- Must have a Florida or Texas MLO License.
- Must have closed at least 12 purchase loans in the past 12 months or have done an average of 500K per month or more in volume over the past 14 months.
About The Role:
- As a self-generating Mortgage Loan Originator, you will leverage current referral sources and identify and build new relationships within your local market.
- You will guide borrowers and stakeholders throughout the process to ensure smooth and successful closings and future referrals.
- Must be a subject matter expert with a solid knowledge of the origination process and should possess the experience and ability to proactively identify and overcome issues that could jeopardize successful closings.
- You will interview borrowers and complete loan applications, run pricing scenarios to determine the best products, structures and rate offerings, and provide timely pre-qualifications.
- Upon borrower acceptance, you will pull and evaluate credit reports and automated underwriting findings and will collect and audit required documentation.
- You will oversee our proprietary processing model for loan submission, condition clearing, and timely delivery of mortgage closings.
- Due to our strong commitment to accuracy and compliance, you will ensure discrepancy-free electronic data files using our customized, semi-automated, and easy to follow policies and procedures.
About Our Company: A Palm Beach County based Mortgage Lender and Broker is currently hiring self-generating loan officers. The firm is a mortgage entity that is structured and developed by a management team with a diverse track record in the mortgage and investment banking industries, with experience creating and driving large mortgage trade desks and capitals markets channels, large correspondent and wholesale mortgage divisions, as well as leading large scale mortgage banking operations.
Mortgage Rates: Currently, we are approved with 50+ lender take-outs. With management having a deep relationship with executive management at many of these companies due to our background and history, we are able to procure tier 1 rate sheets, custom pricing options and bonuses. In our experience doing rate comparisons with MLOs and Sales Managers, we rarely find a scenario where someone has better rates & pricing. Technology Stack: We utilize an advanced, one-of-a-kind, and thoroughly customized set of integrated technologies that removes the majority of manual work that is required on a loan by most mortgage companies. We provide advanced and very customized LOS, CRM and POS tools that lead to ease of use and a more autonomous user and customer experience.
Processing & Operations: We have designed and implemented a proprietary policy and procedure model that melds processing to our technology in a way that reduces the hours needed to process and close a loan by half based on industry norms, whereby, additional capacity is used to substantially increase communication with transaction stakeholders, advance loans to closing faster, and ensure an unparalleled accuracy on all loan files.
