Role Overview
As an Associate Sales Manager, you’ll:

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
- Uncapped Commission: Unlimited earning potential based on sales performance.
- Additional Bonuses: Opportunities to earn performance-based rewards and recognition.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or a customer-focused role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively explain financial services to clients.
- Prior financial services experience or relevant certification is beneficial, but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with proficiency in navigating sales software.
