CJ's Power Systems is seeking a Traveling Generator Service Technician to maintain, repair and install both mechanical and electrical components of commercial generator sets and/or related equipment.
Applicant should possess the following skills:
Working knowledge of electrical systems and circuitry as well as some knowledge of diesel engines.
Ability to perform accurate failure analysis and troubleshooting using diagnostic equipment.
This position requires weekly travel out of state: GA, AL, NC, SC, MS
Job Duties
· Perform preventative maintenance
· Diagnostics and repairs on generators in a variety of sizes up to 2.5 meg
· Troubleshoot, repair, perform maintenance and install automatic transfer switches
· Load bank up to 2.5 meg
· Provide excellent customer service while on the job and keep accurate records
