```Duties:
-MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH HIGH END CUSTOM BUILT HOMES
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to review project plans and specifications
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to construction projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Prolog, ProCore, HeavyBid, Bluebeam
- Familiarity with budgeting and cost control principles
- In-depth understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control```
