Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Oil Change Technician to join our team! As an Oil Change Tech at Andy & Dave's Garage, you'll perform routine oil changes, fluid checks, and basic maintenance on a variety of vehicles. You'll be part of a team that values quality work, customer satisfaction, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities: Perform oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance, including checking and topping off fluids, tire rotations, and filter replacements.

Conduct basic inspections to identify potential vehicle issues and communicate findings to senior mechanics. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure proper care and use of tools and equipment. Provide friendly customer service and communicate effectively with both customers and team members. Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required—we're willing to train the right person.

Basic knowledge of car maintenance and mechanical systems. Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a team. Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
