Fury Water Adventures, renowned for crafting unforgettable moments for guests through exceptional Key West watersports excursions, is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Check-In Agents. We have both full-time and part-time Check-In positions available.
As a Check-In Agent at Fury, you will play a vital role as the first point of contact for our esteemed guests in Key West as they check-in for our tours and prepare for their adventure. Working at our designated Fury Check-In locations, you will ensure that our guests have a seamless check-in process for their upcoming adventures.
We are looking for individuals who not only reside in or near Key West but also possess a genuine passion for customer service and thrive in a people-oriented environment. A positive attitude is a must, as you will have the opportunity to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds. The prospect of working alongside the enchanting waterways of the Florida Keys should excite you, as you become part of our team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences.

Job Requirements:
- Customer Service experience and a willingness to work with Fury guests as you check them into their upcoming Fury Water Adventure.
- Ability to work with modern computer and reservations software.
- Trust worthy and reliable.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Patient and helpful with a can-do attitude.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial.
- Must be willing to work when guests love to play! (Weekends & Holidays are REQUIRED)
