Job Description:
Fury Water Adventures, known for creating lifetime memories for guests who experience unique Key West watersports trips, has an opening for a full-time Check-In Agent.
Our Check-In Agents are the first Fury employees our guests encounter in Key West. They work at our busy Fury Booth locations to ensure our guests are properly checked-into their upcoming trips. These agents provided information about Fury Excursions, the safety requirements, & all the fun that can be had on those trips.
The ideal Check-In Agent is someone who lives in the lower Florida Keys and loves to work with people, maintains a positive attitude, and is excited to work by the magical waterways of the Florida Keys.
Job Requirements:
- Customer Service experience or a willingness to work with Fury guests as you check them into their upcoming Fury Water Adventure.
- Ability to work with modern computer software. A specialty in programs like Fareharbor are beneficial.
- Trust worthy and reliable.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Patient and helpful with a can-do attitude.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial.
- Must be willing to work when guests love to play! (Weekends & Holidays are REQUIRED)
