Convert conceptual design into detailed construction drawings for new construction and renovations. We are looking for a reliable team member with excellent time management skills, problem solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with site visits and produce accurate existing conditions documentation.
- Produce detailed architectural designs, renderings, presentations and thoroughly coordinated sets of construction documents using primarily CAD software.
- Assist with product research and selections in architectural and interior design details.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree (preferred) in Architectural and Interior Design, or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software
- 2+ years experience in residential, or retail projects.
