Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Developer/Marketing Specialist to join our team. This dual-role position requires a creative individual who can effectively develop and enhance products while also driving marketing strategies to ensure successful product launches and market positioning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives from concept to launch.
Duties
Product Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market needs and opportunities for new products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product design and features.
- Develop product specifications, prototypes, and final products, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through launch, including testing and feedback. Marketing:
- Create and implement marketing strategies to promote new products, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Develop marketing materials such as product descriptions, brochures, and promotional content.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing approaches and product offerings.
- Coordinate product launches, ensuring all marketing channels are aligned and messaging is consistent.
Experience
- Proven experience in product development or engineering roles within a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in sales negotiation techniques and business development strategies.
- Familiarity with software applications used in design and development processes is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A strategic mindset with the capability to analyze market trends and apply insights effectively.

Pay: $80,871.00 - $85,190.00 per year
