Position Summary:
The Restaurant server is there to make sure our customers receive prompt, friendly service in our restaurants at all times.
Core Responsibilities:
* Greet customers promptly upon taking a seat in the restaurant.
* Share any specials or make recommendations from the menu for the customer.
* Secure drink orders and take food orders in an efficient manner.
* Inspect food for accuracy and presentation prior to delivery.
* Maintain a clean table and assist with any refills or requests as needed.
* Complete all side station work and maintain a clean safe environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Good communication skills verbal and written
* High work ethic and self-initiative
* Regular attendance according to established guidelines
* May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property
* Focus and maintain attention to multiple tasks in a short time period, and complete work assignments within deadline demands, despite frequent interruptions
* Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff and maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times
* Must complete food handler and alcohol awareness training as required
* Must practice all food handling guidelines
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
* Lift approximately thirty (30) pounds
* Grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, pulling, pushing, listening and hearing ability and visual ability

Pay: $9.98 per hour
