We are seeking a skilled and versatile Maintenance/Handyman to join our team and help maintain our multiple locations.
Job Description:
As a Maintenance Technician at Keke's Breakfast Cafe, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant locations are in optimal condition. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks to keep our facilities running smoothly and safely. You will need to have your own reliable vehicle for transportation. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting regular maintenance and repair work on HVAC systems and refrigeration.
- Performing basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Addressing issues with kitchen appliances and equipment.
- Handling general building maintenance and repairs.
- Responding to maintenance requests from restaurant managers promptly and efficiently.
- Ensuring all maintenance work complies with safety standards and regulations.
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance work performed and materials used.
- Assisting with special projects and renovations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a maintenance worker, handyman, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliance repair.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues effectively.
- Versatile skill set with the ability to handle a wide range of maintenance tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between locations as needed.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
