We are looking for an office "administrator" who can thrive in a fast paced constantly changing environment. We are an exploding start up repair company that has not yet plateau'd on our initial growth curve. We opened in early 2023 and now have over 10 employees. We are located at The Perry Marina in Key West.
Our office person will handle a myriad of duties mainly dealing with the "brain" of a boat repair business. You will answer emails, calls, deal with customers, coordinate with techs on their jobs, schedule jobs, order parts, update customers on where we are at, and keep everything on track and moving forward.
Must be able to work on your own.
Must be able to thrive in a unstructured environment.
