Best of Key West Rentals is searching for a hardworking individual to join our team in property management with an interest to grow your career! Requirements include a flexible schedule and availability to work on call as needed, reliable transportation and ability to operate successfully in a fast paced environment while providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Pay is dependent on level of experience.
Responsibilities / Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service of some capacity.
- Manage the quality of vacation rentals
- Manage guest stays to include check-in and check-out process
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in computer skills data entry and basic administrative tasks related to property management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to walk/stand for prolonged periods of time, lift up to 35 lbs, climb a standard ladder and at least 3 flights of stairs.
- Organized with ability to multitask
