Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. To be considered for this position, the candidate should have 2-3 years of prior sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a designated territory, generating leads, and driving sales of our fresh and frozen food products. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and enhancing client relationships.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in your assigned territory.
- Conduct outside sales activities to promote our products.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Negotiate and close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to set and achieve sales goals.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on product performance and market conditions to inform strategy.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in hospitality or related fields.
- Strong skills in territory management and lead generation.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Experience in outside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement is essential.
