We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager for a prestigious high-end resort in the Florida Keys. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with a strong background in 4-5 star hotels or resorts and a keen understanding of rooms operations and engineering.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- MUST have experience in the South Florida Market!
- Strong expertise in rooms management and a solid engineering acumen.
- Exceptional client management skills, with an aptitude for stakeholder communication.
- Demonstrated hands-on leadership style; able to follow direction effectively.
