Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, providing prompt and professional support

- Enter data accurately into our systems using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when required
- Document all interactions thoroughly through detailed call logs and reports
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and share best practices
Experience
- Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong advantage, enabling communication with diverse client bases
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
- Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and cash handling enhances effectiveness in this role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate clearly
- Knowledge of phone etiquette standards and outbound calling techniques is beneficial
- Familiarity with customer service principles, client services, and sales strategies will help you excel
- Call center experience or similar roles involving high-volume customer interactions are desirable
