Pay: $17.00 per hour + tips (average $3–$6 per hour, depending on performance and shift)
Total estimated earnings: $20–$23 per hour
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Operational Staff to join our team in a dynamic environment. This position requires communication skills and the ability to handle cash transactions efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Prepare bowls and smoothies according to Oakberry standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring proper cash-handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, including restocking shelves and managing inventory levels.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Work Permit in the US.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with handling cash transactions.
- Ability to confidently explain products and engage customers in conversations.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
