OVERVIEW:
Southernmost Pint Brewpub is hiring part time outside bartender hosts!
We are looking for someone friendly and responsible, with hospitality experience and an appreciation of great tasting craft beer.
Your job will be to be the "face" of our brewery and greet people outside to welcome them in. There is a large outside patio with 25 seats that will be your section as well.
An air-conditioned sales booth is available for making simple to-go cocktails, selling to-go canned beer and to-go food items.
Must be able to work 4 shifts per week.
Four days a week - Thu, Fri, Sat and Sun.
10am - 4pm and 4pm - 10pm. (a total of 8 shifts are available.)

JOB DETAILS:
Four days a week - Thu, Fri, Sat and Sun
10am to 4pm, open by 11am:
Be on time, modestly dressed and friendly.
Set up the outside area for daytime with signs, shade, games, ashtrays, projector and speakers.
Water plants and clean horizontal surfaces as needed.
Greet people on the sidewalk as they pass by and invite them in.
Sell to-go cocktails.
Sell to-go beer cans not available inside.
Sell to-go food and merch.
Keep the outside area clean, organized and the music level loud enough to be heard from the sidewalk.
Check for live sports and play them to attract customers.
Keep the work area clean and stocked for the next shift.
Assist the inside bartender as needed.
4pm to 10pm, close by 11pm:
Be on time, modestly dressed and friendly.
Blow the conch shell to announce happy hour (4-6pm.)
Greet people on the sidewalk as they pass by and invite them in.
Sell to-go cocktails.
Sell to-go beer cans not available inside.
Sell to-go food and merch.
Set up the outside area before sunset by removing shades, adjusting projector and speakers.
Keep the outside area clean, organized and the music level loud enough to be heard from the sidewalk.
Check for live sports and play them to attract customers.
Assist the inside bartender as needed.
Keep the work area clean and stocked for the next shift.
Close down the outside area, put away signs, games, projector and speakers.
Secure all locks and chain the outside area when leaving.
10am to 4pm, open by 11am:
Be on time, modestly dressed and friendly.
If no outside bartender is on shift, set up the outside patio area.
Spot mop the floor, make popcorn, assemble the bar back equipment, etc.
Greet people as they enter and invite them to sit anywhere.
Understand the 18 different types of beer we offer as well as our wine and RTD selection.
Understand the dietary requirements of the guests and the food we serve.
Offer free popcorn.
Warm up and serve the menu items.
Sell merchandise.
Can beer when slow to keep inventory levels full.
Check for live sports and play them to attract customers.
Keep the work area clean and stocked for the next shift.
4pm to 11pm, close by 10pm:
Be on time, modestly dressed and friendly.

Secure all locks and chain the outside area when leaving.
