Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee evening operations in our fine dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food service management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensure smooth restaurant operations, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. Prior experience in quick service, fine dining, or catering environments is highly valued, along with proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha and Micros.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations during evening shifts, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction
- Oversee food preparation, food handling, and kitchen management to maintain quality standards and compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or excess
- Accurately using POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS.
- Train, develop, and mentor staff members to enhance their skills in food service, customer interaction, and safety protocols
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards across all areas of the restaurant
- Oversee shift management duties such as scheduling staff, managing labor costs, and coordinating team efforts during peak hours
- Address guest concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
- Assist with budgeting, food production planning, and maintaining operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven supervisory or management experience within a quick service & fast food restaurant or casual dining environment
- Strong background in food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety practices
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on staff training & development and team management
- Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food industry standards
- Ability to manage shift operations effectively while maintaining high levels of customer service
- Hospitality management experience preferred; fine dining or catering experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and provide constructive feedback
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $41,600.00 - $48,000.00 per year
