Minimum Requirements:
- 1+ year of management experience
- 3-5 years of retail experience
- Ability to stand, move, bend, reach, carry, and occasionally climb ladders
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must live within commuting distance to Key West (no relocation assistance provided)

- Lead the sales floor and support associates during busy store traffic
- Coach associates on product knowledge, salesmanship and customer engagement
- Review inventory levels and coordinate product flow with the stock team
- Manage daily schedules, coverage and overall store operations
