Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Bellman/Guest Services representative to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest experiences by assisting with luggage, guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent communication skills, including multilingual abilities. Previous hotel or resort experience is preferred to deliver top-tier guest relations and service excellence.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation to their rooms or other areas of the property
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Manage guest requests efficiently and courteously, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Support front desk operations during busy periods, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized guest service area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments such as housekeeping and management to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating excellent guest relations skills at all times
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management and customer service excellence
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to assist diverse guests effectively
- Experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or resort services preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems
- Ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and independently when needed
- Passion for hospitality, guest relations, and creating memorable experiences for guests
Pay: $10.98 - $11.00 per hour
