Island Pure is hiring a full-time Territory Service & Account Manager (30–40 hours/week) to support and grow our Florida Keys territory.
This is a unique hybrid role that combines:
- Customer service
- Light equipment service & maintenance
- Business-to-business relationship building
- Upselling and referrals
You’ll work independently throughout the Keys helping existing business clients with their water and ice equipment while also identifying opportunities to grow accounts and bring in new business.
This is NOT a corporate office job. We are looking for someone dependable, personable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed weekly pay ($500–$600/week based on experience)
- Uncapped commissions on sales and account growth

Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain existing customer accounts
- Handle filter changes and light troubleshooting
- Build relationships with local businesses
- Generate referrals and upsell additional equipment
- Coordinate with company management and scheduling team
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
Ideal Candidate:
- Customer-friendly personality
- Organized and self-motivated
- Mechanically inclined
- Comfortable driving throughout the Florida Keys
- Previous sales, route service, HVAC, plumbing, beverage, or account management experience is a plus
