Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Licensed Clinical Therapist (LMHC, PsyD, or PhD) to join our compassionate team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality mental health services through individual, crisis intervention, and specialized therapies. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on holistic patient care across long- and short-term care settings, with an emphasis on behavioral health.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral therapy tailored to individual needs.
- Deliver crisis management and intervention services to support patients experiencing acute mental health issues or trauma, including PTSD care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality of medical records and proper medical terminology usage.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on case management plans for patients with complex needs.
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as an LMHC, PsyD, or PhD in Florida.
- Demonstrated experience in psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and working with geriatrics is preferred.
- Familiarity with ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding for billing purposes, and medical terminology related to behavioral health.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation, behavior management, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards and medical documentation protocols.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
