As a Massage Therapist at Hideaway Beach Club, you’ll deliver exceptional massage and body treatments to our members and their guests in a serene, service-driven wellness environment. Key Responsibilities
· Deliver professional massage and body treatments in accordance with HBA protocols and licensing standards.
· Arrive punctually and be fully prepared for each appointment, honoring all scheduled times.
· Educate members and guests on wellness practices and recommend appropriate treatments or home care.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil treatment space; restock and sanitize between sessions per Club and state standards.
· Collaborate with fellow wellness professionals to support spa operations and member satisfaction.
· Communicate clearly and compassionately with guests and team members.
· Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to maintain high service standards and expand your skills.
· Report any concerns, feedback, or maintenance issues to management in a timely manner.
Qualifications
· Current Florida Massage Therapy License in good standing (compliant with Collier County regulations).
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a spa, wellness center, or premier private club.
· Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports).
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Self-directed with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
· A genuine desire to provide personalized service and contribute to a supportive team culture.
· Comfortable with basic computer systems for booking and documentation.
