Successful Restaurant Servers are punctual and reliable, are team players and have excellent customer service skills.
Our Restaurant Servers create a memorable guest experience through tasks such as the following:
- Greet guests and take their beverage and food orders.
- Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
- Anticipate and resolve guest issues, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available.
