Overview
Jolly Pets is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales and Store Support Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. As an Inside Sales Store Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our outside sales teams' efforts. If you have a passion people, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a talent for sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do
1. Develop and foster business relationships with Store Managers, key decision makers, and client organizations
2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the assigned territory’s market trends, customer segments and competitive landscapes.
3. Identify and prioritize potential clients within territory to build a robust pipeline
4. Strategize growth for territory by outlining goals targets and action plan!
5. Sell all offered products to new and existing customers, meeting individual sales goals while exceeding customer satisfaction expectations that align with company goals and market conditions
6. Enhance sales numbers by cross selling, up-selling and promoting monthly promotions for designated customers
7. Follow up on leads to acquire potential new customers and expand business throughout sales cycle
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the company’s CRM system
9. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements with clients to achieve successful deals while maximizing profitability
10. Be an expert in Horseman Pride and Jolly Pet’s product lines, industry terminology, and company operations
11. Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities within the territory
12. Provide feedback and insights to leadership and internal team to contribute to product development and improvements!
Who You Are
· Entrepreneurial Spirit that loves people and is passionate about selling high quality products in the pet supply space; located in AR, TN, NC, SC, AL, MS, LA, GA, FL
· Forever student mind set that holds a Bachelors degree of any kind
· Avid traveler open to being on the road 30% of the time within their territory
· Excellent Communicator comfortable with high level conversations, presentations, and negotiations
· High performer with a proven track record of successful sales performance, preferably in e-commerce B2B sales or related industry
· Collaborator who thrives working on a dynamic and impassioned team, and is also an successful individual contributor
· Comfortable working in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
