Responsibilities:
-great island visitors at train depot
- check in guests who will be riding th etrain and confirm waiver signatures
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- applicants currently living within the middle keys area are preferred
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
