Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Guest Services Representative to join our team. This role is
crucial in delivering exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and
ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will excel in communication,
Key Responsibilities:
-Guest Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
-Reservations Management: Handle reservations, including booking, modifying, and canceling stays, while ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in the reservation system.
-Property Inspections: Conduct routine property inspections as needed to ensure quality standards are maintained and to address any issues before guest arrival.
-Guest Support: Assist guests with various needs and requests during their stay, providing solutions and support to enhance their overall experience.
-Vendor Coordination/Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule vendors for maintenance, repairs, and other property needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in guest services, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Bi-lingual a plus
- Proficiency in reservation systems and basic office software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Located in Marathon, or within a reasonable commuting distance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
