Duties

- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, providing all necessary information regarding hotel services and amenities.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, striving to exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests and any issues are promptly addressed.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel policies to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with phone calls, reservations, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred but not required.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- A background in guest services or hospitality management will be an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Proficient in using computer systems related to hotel management; familiarity with reservation software is a plus.
