**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive mechanical knowledge and experience in quality control and assurance. The Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You must have dye penetrant experience, experience with measuring equipment and eddy current helpful.
**Duties:**
- Conduct thorough inspections of products, components, and materials to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to analyze and identify any defects or issues with the products.
- Utilize a micrometer to measure and inspect components to ensure they meet the required dimensions.
- Fabricate prototypes and test products to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
- Create and interpret schematics and diagrams to identify potential issues with the products.
- Conduct quality control and assurance testing to ensure that the products meet the required standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement quality control measures.
- Document and track the inspection process, including any defects or issues that are found.
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections and testing procedures.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in quality control and assurance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with testing and inspection techniques.
- Familiarity with soldering and surface mount technology (SMT).
- Experience with fabricating prototypes and testing products.
- Ability to create and interpret schematics and diagrams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
